  • Are you FSC certified?

    Yes, we hold an FSC® Chain of Custody Certification (FSC-C081656). This certification demonstrates our commitment to responsible production practices and adherence to the most current environmental standards in our industry.
  • What communities do you serve?

    Our service area encompasses the entire states of Michigan, Minnesota, and Wisconsin, as well as the northern regions of Indiana. We are dedicated to meeting the needs of customers throughout these areas.
  • What types of wood materials do you carry?

    We carry a range of products including MDF, particle board, particle board shelving, and stair treads and risers. For plywood, we offer options like Baltic Birch, Marine Grade, C2 Birch, Hardwood Plywood, and ACX Plywood.

  • Do you offer custom sizes or cuts?

    Yes — we can arrange custom cuts through a partner shop, as long as your order meets their minimum quantity requirements.

  • How can I place an order?

    If you're a new customer, you're welcome to reach out by phone, email, or by filling out our online form — whatever works best for you.

  • Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?

    Absolutely. You're welcome to pick up your order from one of our warehouses, or we can coordinate delivery if that's more convenient.

  • Do you have a storefront I can visit?

    We don’t have a traditional storefront, but we’re happy to arrange a warehouse visit if you’d like to take a look at our products in person.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept ACH transfers, credit cards, and cashier’s checks.

  • How long does it take to process an order?

    Turnaround time depends on the product. If the item is in stock, it’s usually ready within 1–2 business days.
